One Family Fund Gidion Ride
The 7th annual One Family Fund Gidion Ride will take place on Sunday, June 12, 2011. Please join us for a wonderful 50-55 km late spring ride to raise much-needed funds for victims of terror and their families in Israel. In the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) the ride starts and ends in the beautiful countryside just north of Toronto at the Lemonville Community Centre Parking lot, located at 13453 McCowan Road, Stouffville, Ontario. 
The ride will begin at 9:30 am so please plan to arrive no later than 9:00 am. Click here to take a look at the bike route.
NEW THIS YEAR: Wherever you are across Canada, help us REBUILD SHATTERED LIVES by completing a bike route in your community on June 12. Rides are already organized in Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal. Contact bike@onefamilyfund.ca to participate or set up a ride in your community.
Registration for the One Family Fund Gidion Ride is now open. The registration fee is $36 per person and each rider must raise a minimum of $500. For riders in the GTA your day includes: breakfast and coffee before the ride, rest stop snacks, a One Family Fund cycling jersey, rider gift bags and a chance to win great prizes, including our Grand Prize -- a Devinci CX 2 Road Bike (full carbon frame) with a retail value of $2,499. For those riders across the rest of the country (but excluding the GTA) we will provide you with your own goodies and great gifts, so keep checking back here for more details.
ALL RIDERS REGISTERED BY APRIL 30 WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DRAW TO WIN A $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMUNITIES.
The deadline to register is June 4, 2011.
